We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out. We will do everything we can to try and make it better!


FEES & ELIGIBILITY

How long do I have to make a return?

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
  • For the actual-paid order, if we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 30 days, a Ritera store credit will be issued.  
  • For the store credit-paid order, if we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery,a new store credit code in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging. 

Do I have to pay for the return?

  • For the first order customers, we will provide a free return;
  • for non-first order customers, we will charge 6.99USD as the shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

What's not returnable?

  • We do not accept worn or damaged items that are missing the original tags. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags/packaging attached.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can not be returned.
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.


RETURNS

How can I make a return?

  1. To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at ritera@163.com. Tell us which item(s) you want to return and why you want to return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email for with instructions for the next steps.
  3. Wait for the package to arrive at the warehouse. It usually takes 7-20 days, depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and once we process your returned items in the warehouse, a refund will be initiated immediately.

 

REFUNDS

We do everything in our power to ensure a speedy refund!

  • Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable it will be decucted from your total return amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days after we receive your package,  and will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for Returns & Refunds to be processed. Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Should you have any further questions with your return, please contact us at ritera@163.com within 30 days after placing your order.

  • Defective or Damaged items: Please look over your order as soon as you have it in your hands. If you think have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
  • Wrong or Missing items: If you have received the wrong item, or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
  • In Case of Negligence: Note that we will not be responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name).
    In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
