What is the reason I have only received part of my order?
You may receive your items in separate packages from our fulfillment team. In most cases, this is done to ensure that you receive your items faster, since they're ready. If your order is large, we may ship it in separate shipments to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Return
How can I make a return?
- To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at ritera@163.com. Tell us which item(s) you want to return and why you want to return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email for with instructions for the next steps.
- Wait for the package to arrive at the warehouse. It usually takes 7-20 days, depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and once we process your returned items in the warehouse, a refund will be initiated immediately.
Do I have to pay for the return?
- For the first order customers, we will provide a free return;
- For non-first order customers, we will charge 6.99USD as the shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
